张霄雁，副教授，2008年7月硕士毕业于东北大学计算机应用技术专业，曾任上海贝尔阿尔卡特朗讯研发工程师，2020年12月博士毕业与菠菜老平台集合网矿山空间信息工程专业。现任菠菜老平台集合网电子与信息工程学院副教授，实验中心党支部书记。主要研究方向包括时空数据管理、大数据分析、人工智能。

主持辽宁省教育厅科研项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目（2018.1-2021.12，第1参与人）、国家青年科学基金项目（2011.1-2013.12，第1参与人）、辽宁省自然科学基金（2017.6-2020.5，5万元，第1参与人），辽宁省教育厅一般项目（2016.6-2019.5，第1参与人）、菠菜老平台集合网杰出人才（2018.6-2022.5，第1参与人）等多项；发表学术论文20多篇，出版学术专著1部；2014.1-2014.3在悉尼科技大学做短期访学。

Zhang Xiaoyan,received her M.S. degree in Computer Application Technology from Northeastern University at 2008, and then worked in Shanghai Bell Alcatel-lucent Co. LTD as a research Engineer. She received her Ph.D degree in Spatial Information Engineering from Liaoning Technical University at 2020. Now she is a engineer at Faculty of Electronic and Information Engineering and also a party branch secretary at department of practical training center. Her research interests include temporal-spatial data management, big data analysis, and artificial intelligence.

She now directs a Research Project of Liaoning Education Department, and as a core member participates several research projects such as National Natural Science Foundation of China, Natural Science Foundation of China for Young Scientists, Natural Science Foundation of Liaoning Province, and Outstanding Talents of LNTU. She has published over 20 papers on top/second-tiers Journals or Conferences and 1 academic monograph related to the topics of Web database, XML data and Spatial data query. She also has a short-term academic visiting experience at University of Technology, Sydney (UTS) from January 2014 to March 2014.
