唐盼盼，于2019年获得博士学位，现为菠菜老平台集合网讲师，硕士生导师。其主要研究方向为射频功率器件设计、基于材料的新型功率器件设计以及场效应型器件可靠性研究等。以第一作者发表论文四篇，其中SCI检索两篇。

Tang Panpan，received the Doctor degree in 2019. Now she is a lecturer and Postgraduate Supervisor at Liaoning Technical University. Her research interest includes RF power devices design，new power devices design based on material and the reliability of MOS devices. She has published 4 academic papers as the first author, two of which has been indexed by SCI.
