信息与通信工程学科——翟雷应

翟雷应,男,工学博士,现为菠菜老平台集合网教授。研究方向为基于MEMS技术的微光学元件、系统及传感技术,基于超表面技术的可调微光学器件,基于MEMS技术的光学芯片、微系统相关产业化等。相关研究应用于光通信、图像传感、光谱检测等领域。已发表学术论文10余篇,申请发明专利9项,获授权专利7项。由其主导的垂直梳齿驱动器的光学扭转微镜与基于微加热盘的气体传感芯片,目前已经完全商业化。已经完成初步研发的光学MEMS产品样本有十多种,有望进入小批量中试阶段。

2012年于中科院上海微系统所获得微电子与固体电子学专业博士学位,同年留所任助理研究员,期间所从事的光学MEMS器件研究由国家自然科学基金及国家“863”计划资助。2013年初作为项目运行主要技术负责人,开始承担国家02科技重大专项“集成电路与传感器集成制造与生产技术”项目子课题中的光通信器件产业化任务。先后在上海矽睿科技公司、上海微技术工业研究院担任高级工程师、主任工程师,瞄准国际产业前沿,进行了科研成果深度产业化,成功开发了商业化用于光通信网络关键部件的单、双轴扭转光衰减器(VOA)及光开关(OSW)产品,很好地弥补了国内市场空白。2016年4月进入国际伊比利亚纳米技术研究所(INL)任研究员,主要负责光学MEMS器件的研究与项目申请工作,开展了广泛的国际合作。所主持的项目涉及欧洲H2020、葡萄牙FCT等基金项目及多个国际公司的横向项目,研发经费超300万欧,合作公司包括BOSCH、Maradin、Obducat、ASTRI等,带来直接或间接经济效益超过600万欧。于2020年12月回国进入菠菜老平台集合网工作。


Leiying Zhai,Male,PhD,is currently a Professor in Liaoning Technical University.His research activities and interests are mainly focusing on the micro-optic components, microsystems and sensing technology based on MEMS technology, tunable micro-optic devices by means of metasurface theory. The corresponding researches are the crucial optical elements or systems in the field of optical communication, image sensor, spectrum measurement, etc. Simultaneously, he gives more interests on the industrialization of the optical micro-chip and micro-system using MEMS technology. Up to now, he has published more than 10 academic articles, owned authorized 7 results applying for 9 invention patents. Two kind of chips have been commercialized successfully, which include an optical tunable micromirror driven by a vertical comb-finger actuator and a gas sensor chip composed of a microheating plate. More than 10 products prototypes have been fabricated in the lab and are ready for the next commercialization process: mass production.

In2012, heobtained his Ph.Din Micro-Electronic & Solid Electronics inShanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT),Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS). Meanwhile, he became anassistant research scientist in SIMIT. There, his research mainly focused on the research projects of optical MEMS devices supportedby National Natural Science Foundation of China and the National High Technology Research and Development Program of China.In 2013,as a principal technical director,he beganto undertake the industrialization implementation on the optical communication device.It is a branch project supported by 02 Important National Science & Technology Specific Projects-“Manufacturing and production technology integrating IC and sensor”.During that period, he servedsuccessively as a senior engineer and chief engineer in the industrial companyQST and SITRIof SIMITto implement the industrialization assignment. Aiming at international industrial frontier, mainly on optical devices, he developedseveral crucialcommercialdevicesused in the optical communication network, including of a single and double-axis variable optical Attenuator (VOA) and tunable optical switch (OSW). Afterwards, theyare commercialized successfullyand fill the gap in the domestic market.In 2016, hejoined INLas astaff researcherin Portugal.He was in charge of the research implementation and project application on the topics of optical MEMS.He developedactivelyextensive internationalcooperationthere. Those projects are related with many funds,including of European Horizon 2020, Portuguese FCT, and industrial development support by many internationalcompanies. His total research funds is more than 3 million Euro. Many top companies are included in his cooperation, such as BOSCH、Maradin、Obducat、ASTRI and so on. The corresponding research developments bring them more than 6 million Euro economic benefits,directly or indirectly. On December of 2020, he returned China and began to work in the school of electronic and information engineering of Liaoning Technical University.
